I couldn't find one specifically for the VanVan 200 and there doesn't seem to be many options out there.
All I dug out was from a company in the UK. Suzuki Van Van and & RV200 Sump Bash Plate

But I've never tried their products before.

Sinnis apache/Pulse Adrenaline fits

Often on e-Bay, you’ll need the matching engine guard rails...if you get these, then I can talk you round the fit

If you can't find the mount for the Sinnis skid plate, webike has an undergaurd for the vanvan that will just need mounting brackets welded on so you can bolt the skid plate to it..

It looks like you can order the skid plate for the Sinnis here....

Use the engine guard rails to mount the bash plate at the rear, there are 2 tapped holes which match the bash plate ones....plus make a ‘U’ shaped bracket for the front mount single bolt hole

There is a very good one on eBay [sorry I don't know how to link] but made and shipped from China. Never done that and would probably take a month to get here. I am sure you will see it if you Google it. New to Van Van [!!!] I am actually surprised that a bike made since 1972 does not have more after market parts.
Maybe there is not enough buyers?
Stay well.
